Experience

Tillväxtverket

Tech Lead

  • Promoted from Frontend Developer to Tech Lead after a few months, leading a frontend team of up to six developers, closely involved in technical and architectural decisions and the go-to technical contact for product owners and editors
  • Implemented Elasticsearch-based search, building both the Node.js BFF containing the search logic and the accessible frontend, and now extending it with hybrid search that combines keyword matching with semantic search
  • Helped migrate features from Nuxt modules to standalone Vue apps, built as micro-frontends with Module Federation and loaded by a shell app, making releases faster and more independent
  • Built a parser that turns traditional CMS content into a structured content model, decoupling formatting from the CMS
  • Introduced Automatic Persisted Queries to enable effective caching, reducing average response times by over 2 seconds
  • Built an automated security workflow in GitLab CI/CD that opens merge requests with patches for identified vulnerabilities, making Tillväxtverket best in class at vulnerability management among the 17 government agencies behind the site

  • Built a static site generation setup with responsive image delivery, giving fast load times and a strong foundation for SEO
  • Set up webhook-triggered builds in the CI/CD pipeline so new content is published automatically
  • Implemented end-to-end tests in Playwright, run in the pipeline against the static build to verify all functionality before pull requests can be merged to production

  • Joined the Saga Platforms team, developing shared services for authentication, authorization, user settings, IAM policies, analytics and cross-app navigation

Subsoundly

Private beta

A music collaboration platform where artists, producers and their teams share tracks and work on projects together, built by a small team.

  • Joined after the original frontend developers had moved on, laying a new architecture and building core features such as a music player that keeps playing across navigation and timestamped track comments. Currently advises on the frontend
  • Set up a BFF on TanStack Start’s server side, with authentication on the server and secure session cookies, so tokens and backend services are never exposed to the browser
  • Chose Panda CSS and built a tested pipeline that syncs the Figma design system’s variables into typed tokens with autocomplete
  • Set the team up for AI-assisted development with Claude Code connected to Figma, the browser and current docs, inside a proven workflow: hooks format and test every edit, and every pull request runs tests, lint and coverage checks

Digby Finds

digbyfinds.com

A side project and an experiment in how much of building and running a website can be handed over to AI.

  • Designed a multi-stage editorial pipeline on Claude Code, with specialised subagents for research, fact-checking, drafting and publishing, each running on the model tier its job needs
  • Kept a human in the loop: every product is approved and edited by hand, and the decision log is what the research agent learns from
  • Enforced the site’s licensing and editorial rules with tested hooks that block disallowed actions, rather than relying on instructions alone
